    Hi,

I bought a nokia 8910i, and I really like the phone.

I can get java games to work with it, but cannot get polyphonic ringtones. Is it compatable? I looked on the website, and it says ringtones can be saved in the Gallary.

When you turn on the phone, you get a polyphonic sound, same as the nokia 6610, but I cant seem to transfer any polyphonic ringtones to the 8910i with the nokia pc composer which is part of the nokia data suite 5.02.

I have tried to transfer with MobiMB Mobile Media Browser V1.2, however, it does not seem to support/reconise the 8910i. Even though I am communicating with it through infrared. If I try putting the 6610, it picks that up.

    So, any ideas?

    Cheers.

Try going to www.cbfmobile.com and download a "test tone". Here it's free and no charges will be comfronted other than your wap bill . You could also check the formatof the tone. Nokias usually only support MIDI files. If the file you wants format is MMF, MP3, WAV or whatever then it won't work .
