Putting delay in dialing (3650)

I have a Nokia 3650
I want to dial a number - say 510-464-6000, and wait for it to answer (about 5 seconds). Then dial a 1, wait a second, then an extension, like 9999

Is there a "pause" that you can put in a dial string? Like the "wait one second" we had with Hayes Modems.

When you type in the number press * 3 times until a 'P' comes up and this is a pause! put it in where you need it and dial!
So you number would be!

510-464-6000p1p9999 and then dial!
