I just got a new Nokia 6585 which is connected to a digital network. I am useing the mini browser and can visit wap pages but i dont know how to download???

Can someone pls tell me how to begin a download? Coz if i find a poly ringtone i am able to listen to it but dont know how to get it and save it on the phone !!!!!!!
