Key in this code on standby Mode. *#7370#. After which u need to key in the phone's Lock Code. When its done the phone will restart, but make sure you have a full battery otherwise, no more phone for you!

But what abt the default software that coes with the cellphone i want to install it myself and format the cell myself too what app do i have to use...and the procedure u have given is for formatting? :-s

It doesnt just format the phone, it completely wipes da memory and sets it back to the way it was when you baught it, There is no need for an app, just use dat code.

i think you need the code before you reset your memory...not after..and if you don't remember the code try talking to someone that has the software to reset the phone, they usualy have it in any gsm service..
