There is one photo taken, though viewing normal in phone, can't be downloaded to computer, nor can it be deleted. It can't be deleted from the computer, and it can't be deleted on the phone. Any help? By the way, how to delete 'all' pictures rather than going through each one? Thanks.

Thank you for the replies. The file must have corrupted, and by all means the phone refused to delete it. I thought it was about the operating system, rather than a particular phone so didn't post the model in the original post. It's an N85.

I was able to delete the photo after upgrading the system.
