    My phone keeps on freezing when I use it and when I try to turn it off I need to take off its battery. This is the only way I can unfreeze it. What are your thoughts about this?

    Why don't you go to the nearest mobile repairing shop so that the strip can be changed. Or call Nokia's customer service for more information.

    Sometimes, this kind of incident may really happen because of some viruses that affects the system of your mobile phone. I strongly suggest that you should bring your phone to a technician to fix the problem.
