News: Nokia X1-01 Dual SIM handset announced; Nokia C2-00 to begin shipping

The Nokia X1-01, which is a new, inexpensive dual SIM device,has just been announced by Nokia. The Nokia X1-01 is the same exact phone as that of the Nokia X1-00, with the exception that the X1-01 has the dual SIM feature.

Some of the things that you will find on the Nokia X1-01 are an MP3 player, MicroSD card support with a 2GB card included in package, 3.5mm headset jack, built in flashlight as well as a pretty good sounding back speaker. Talk time on the Nokia X1-01 will provide up to 13 hours with 43 day stand by time.

India, South East Asia, Pacific region, China, Brazil, Africa, Middle East and Eurasia should see the launch of this new phone later this quarter with a price tag of €34.

Also coming to the above markets is the Nokia C2-00, a dual SIM handset, that was first introduced or announced back in June of last year. The Nokia C2-00 will launch with web browser, Nokia Messaging, VGA photo camera and S40 UI at a price of (€45).
