Dear sirs,

I have my own nokia c7-00 for a year, and now is updated into symbian anna OS. I successfully updated the latest version of ovi maps as required, then there is new features for updating the map voice guidance, then I proceed for update, then it will take for 30 minutes searching and then failed. When I disconnect my USB cable from PC, and I open the OVI map icon on my phone, the map will not open instead the phone flashed message " PLEASE DISCONNECT USB TO USE MAPS" the cable was already disconnected.
Can you tell me the solution of this problems, since I am looking and trying a lot to find out the solution but, I am still failed. I need to open the map on my phone as well as the GPS connection, which has I really need for my travel around the country.
