Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact/phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Incoming Calls in Google Messenger:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Open Google “Messenger”
  3. Select the message thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Menu” and access “People & options”
  5. Tap “Block [phone number]”
  6. Press “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages received from the blocked contact will be archived. Additionally, you will no longer receive notifications for archived messages.

Unblock Messages in Google Messenger:

  1. Open Google “Messenger”
  2. Tap “Menu” and access “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Tap “Menu” again and go to “People & options”
  6. Press “Unblock [phone number]” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” and access “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding” (NOTE: This option might not be available if it is unsupported by your carrier)
  4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select whether to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable” / “Update” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn OFF
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
