Why don't.jar files install to my 3650?

I got a nokia 3650 and only the .sis file install but the .jar files don't, what do I do to fix this problem? Or can it be fixed?

.jar files must use application. i think u should download fexplorer at my-symbian.com/7650. it will help u..
