And I found that some options are not existing in my phone !!

Lets try the Master Reset!!!
1) Remove all batteries and electrical plugs from all units (phones, base, remotes...)for one hour.

is there away to flash it like a mobile phone ?
I did the Master Reset but not all the option appeared (like : battery,directory....)!
