i am tired of installing handset manager for my pretty old panasonic phone. It just doesn't work even if it was downloaded from official website. I don't know the problem and I am already tired of trying. I just want to take out the photos and videos in my old panasonic VS2 and throw the phone into the rubbish bin. Is there any universal mobile software that can easily connect by usb and gets most data from the phone?
