Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact/phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to unblock and press “Edit”
  4. Tap “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messenger
  2. Tap the message thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Go to “People & Options”
  5. Tap “Block [phone number]”
  6. Press “OK” to confirm

NOTE: Future messages and the conversation thread exchanged with the blocked contact will be archived. Notifications are disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Archived”
  4. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  6. Press “Menu” again
  7. Go to “People & Options” and tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Access “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might not be shown if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to, or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Access “Call forwarding”
  5. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  6. Tap “Disable” to confirm
