Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the phone number/contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: the conversation exchanged with the contact, and any blocked future messages sent by the contact will be archived. Notification alerts are disabled for archived items.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived’
  3. Tap the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarvhive”
  5. Press “Menu’
  6. Go to “People & Options” and tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu’
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding” (Note: the forwarding option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy’
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Confirm”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
