How-to: Panasonic Eluga Ray 600: Transfer Audio Files from a PC and Set Custom Ringtones and Notifications

Transfer Audio Files from a PC:

1. Connect the Android phone to the PC via USB
2. On the phone, enable “File Transfer” or “Media device” when prompted or from the Notification shade
3. Launch the File Explorer on the PC and locate the audio files on the computer
4. Copy and transfer the files to the phone storage in the “Ringtones” and “Notifications” folders
5. Once done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord

Change the General Ringtone:

1. Open “Settings”
2. Go to “Sound & Notification”
3. Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK”
4. Optionally, you can enable or disable “Also vibrate for calls”

Assign Custom Ringtones to Specific Contacts:

NOTE: Custom ringtones can’t be set for contacts stored on the internal memory or the SIM card.

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Tap and hold the desired contact, then tap “Edit”
3. Tap “Menu” > “Set ringtone”
4. Select the desired ringtone and press “OK”

Change the Notification Alert:

1. Launch “Settings”
2. Go to “Device” and tap “Sound & Notification”
3. Tap “Default notification ringtone”
4. Select the desired ringtone
5. Tap “OK”
