Blaberry 7510 - can't hear calls

I have a blackberry 7510 that I am using with a boost mobile sim.
They are compatible but for some reason I can not hear incoming calls or outgoing calls (like the people talking).
My phone rings and everything works but I can not hear anything.
What do I do?
