    Need to unlock new Blackberry Pearl (Alltel) to use with Tmobile. It has an ESN (hex) 4c8e48e2 and an ESN (dec) 07609324770 with PIN 31c4bd5c
    Can anyone help?

    You cannot use an Alltel (CDMA technology) device on T-Mobile (GSM technology).
