Can someone please help me? I'm traveling and my keyboard on my screen has changed. When I put in my password to unlock my phone, normally looks like a phone pad with just numbers. When I went to unlock it this morning, the keyboard looked like the other keyboard with the letters only and then when I clicked the "123" next to the space bar and entered in my numbers it did not work.
I called Verizon tech support and they could not help me! I'm on my last chance to enter the password before my info is erased.... or so the tech says.... HELP PLEASE....
