Does your phone is SIM locked of app lock? if it is SIM lock you can go to any carrier service provider, they will unlock it easily.

avant il me donner la main au menu , je l'ai donné pour déblocage ou flashage ils l'en gardé 2 jours puis ils m'ont a dit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas le débloquer , maintenant il me donne rien , quand je met la batterie , il s'allume et fait le sablier , puis il marque : Jum error 517 Réset
