Sync iPhone Contacts with a Google Account via iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer connected to the Internet, you can sync the contacts on your iPhone with your Google account. You can then sync the account data – including contacts - with the BlackBerry phone.

  1. Connect the iPhone to your computer via USB using the Lightning cable
  2. Launch iTunes on the PC and click the iPhone
  3. Go to the “Info” section and turn on “Sync Contacts With”
  4. Select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
  5. Sign in with your Google account, or click “Configure” and select an existing Google account
  6. Click “Apply” to start the sync
  7. Once the sync is complete, switch to the BlackBerry DTEK60, sign in with the same Google account used in iTunes, and allow the account to sync contacts with your phone

Share Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: In case your iPhone contacts have already been backed up on your iCloud account, you can access the account on a computer connected to the Internet and export the contacts in vCard format for Android use.

  1. Open the Internet browser on the computer
  2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/
  3. Sign in with your iCloud account and go to “Contacts”
  4. Select the contacts you want to share and click “Settings”
  5. Click “Export vCard”
  6. After the vCard is downloaded on the computer, you can perform one of the following steps:
    • Open the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to “Google Contacts”, or:
    • Connect the BlackBerry DTEK60 to your computer via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage, and use “Contacts” to import it to your phonebook

Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: Although the methods above require access to a computer connected to the Internet, alternatively you can share your iPhone contacts using third party applications. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can be used to back up and transfer iPhone contacts via email.

  1. Open the App Store and install “My Contacts Backup” on the iPhone
  2. Open the app and tapa “Backup”
  3. Once the backup file is created, tap “Email”
  4. Ensure the backup file is attached to the email, and send it to your own address
  5. Switch to the BlackBerry DTEK60 and open the email
  6. Download the vCard attachment and use “Contacts” to import it to your phonebook

Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Send Anywhere is another third party app you can use to transfer contacts without requiring a computer. The app uses a peer-2-peer connection to transfer contacts and other types of files.

  1. Visit the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
  2. Launch the Google Play Store on the BlackBarry device and install the same app
  3. Open the app on both smartphones
  4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts” and select the desired contacts
  5. Tap “Send” and lastly, choose a transfer method. You can tap “Receive” on the BlackBerry device or “Generate QR Code” on the iPhone and follow the on-screen steps to complete the process
