He came kinda soft on the diss, he showed that lyrically he runs laps around 50 Cent - which we already knew.

What I'm saying is he didn't prove anything we didn't know if he hadn't responded - like he said he was planning to do originally.
Nas is my favorite living Emcee, but it wouldn't have hurt his credibility if he hadn't had replied. 50 Cent is a self-professed corporate whore and his shots at certian rappers are solely aimed at garnering attention to new albums, drink, sneaker and fashion lines. I just didn't want Nas to turn into 50's personal "free sponsor" unless he was really gonna lyrically rip him to shreds.

yea I see your point but he can do that at any time and also like he said before, 50 ain't even on his level to feel forced to battle him like that. thats y ether was so serious. 50 honestly doesn't even deserve a response from Nas which is why he didn't want to say anything at all but I guess the people's desire and pride just takes over after a while.

Yeah I'm just focused on Nas releasing his next album. SD was alright but I personally think he shoulda kept it to a single album.
BTW, excellent midi.
