im a n00b at this forum so i dont know if this has been discussed. i am having problems getting ringtones on my phone (samsung sph-a900). my phone is not able to connect to the internet because vision service has been disabled. i was wondering if there was a way to set mp3's as a ringtone w/ out connecting to the internet.

BTW, i know how to get mp3 songs on my phone using the data cable
