Is there a software program that will transfer ringtones to any brand/model cell phone? I've done extensive searches and come up with nothing.
I have a Samsung phone and use the Samsung PC Studio. Everyone else, in my family, has an LG phone so it won't work on those.
Surely, there must be a program that can be used for this-- preferrably a free one.
