Oh I'm just about as confused as can be!
Is there anyway I can buy an "unlocked" HipTop/T-Mobile Sidekick on eBay and hook it up to Rogers? I live in Nova Scotia, Canada.
Rogers seems like the only Canadian provider that might be able to support it.
Jargon like GSM, SIM cards, and even "Hiptop" is just confusing me endlessly.
In short, is there any way that an unlocked T-Mobile Sidekick can be used in Canada (not just voice calls, but texting, browsing, etc)? And what in the heck's the difference between a Hiptop and a Sidekick?
I'm somewhat technically challenged, so can you try to explain it in understandable terms?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
