Hi... i have been a rogers customer for 2 years now and i realized that it was time for an upgrade.... i was extremely exited and decided instead of getting a crapy free phone like my previouse sony ericson w350, i would pay to get a smart phone and i decided on the Acer Liquid e... on this phone i found a rather cool app preinstalled called my account.... it claimed that it would display how much data, messaging and obviously calls... since it was so much easier than calling 611 i decided to use it to check once a week if i was over anything. 2 days before my account cycle ended i was worried that i was over my minuets so i checked the app... it claimed that i had used 239 of my 250 minuets, i felt relieved to think that i wouldn't have to pay extra this month... then my phone bill came, it said that i was over 239 minuets and that i owed $77, i was shocked so i called rogers to explain what happened, when i called them they said that they could credit my account half of the amount which shows that they know its possible but since it wasn't a known issue they said "i'm not calling you a lier but this has never been reported", whenever i said that it was wrong they would repeat "i'm not calling you a lier but this has never been reported"... if u have ever had this or similar issue please post the details so that when call them "this known issue will have been reported", also if you have any sugesstion of what i should do, please let me know, thanks
