Getting out of Rogers contract

Hi!

I have two rogers data plan lines and I still have 2 more years to go. I called to cancel

they said I would have to pay $1000 for both lines. what is the best way to get out of the

contract without having to pay anything. I lost my job for last 2 months and struggling please help
