1-800 scam

since march of 2011 i have been unable to make any 1-800 calls on my cell phone.

after getting charged alot of long distance and air time,

You know that the problem was at the rogers back end

I updated my firmware on my phone,and reset my phone and still unable to call any 1-800 numbers.

after being on the phone with tech support for an hour the problem is now fixed

I am a customer not here to fix rogers back end .

Rogers did give me some credit on long distance calls but air time is air time so i will seek out a new cell phone provider

And if you want to make a 1-800 call do it from a pay phone no money needed it is FREE
after all company's pay a premium for the 1-800 service.

ROGERS are a bunch of thieving bastards!!!!

so you can't make any calls to an 800 number at all, or you can't call one without being charged for it? I'm pretty sure all mobile carriers charge for airtime when calling 800 numbers

could not call 1-800 numbers at all until they fixed the back end
