Before you can use Wi-Fi calling you'll need to register your 911 address at my.t-mobile.com first. If you skip this step, then you may get a "REG09" error.
Changing Your 911 Address via My T-Mobile:
- Open your browser and log in to "My T-Mobile" on the carrier's homepage (click the link to access it)
- Click "Your profile" in the navigation bar at the top
- Under "Customer information" click "Edit"
- Enter your home address and click "Save Changes". Usually it takes about an hour for the update to complete
Changing Your 911 Address via My T-Mobile Beta:
- Follow the first two steps mentioned above
- Next to "E911 Address" click the "Edit" button
- Enter your address and click "Save"
- Once the confirmation pop-up appears on the screen, click "OK"

- Select "Settings"
- Tap "More settings"
