In case you're experiencing issues with your Galaxy Note 3's Wi-Fi, it disconnects, cannot connect or is otherwise unstable, then the steps below might help you fix your problem.
Common Errors:
- "Your Internet connection is unstable"
- Wi-Fi disconnects and Mobile data connects
- Unable to connect to Wi-Fi
- Connected to Wi-Fi and no Internet is available
To try and fix these issues:
- Press the "menu" key while on the home screen
- Tap "Settings" > "Wi-Fi"
- Long press an existing connection
- Select "Forget network"
- Press the "Menu" button and tap "Advanced"
- Make sure "Passpoint" is set to "OFF". This will prevent your device from automatically connecting to Wi-Fi access points that require you to enter additional authentication via your Internet browser
- Ensure that the "Auto network" option is also disabled, by unmarking the check box associated with it
