Enabling / Disabling Multitasking
- While viewing the home screen, swipe the "Status" bar down
- Tap the "More quick settings" tile
- Tap the "Multi window" tile to enable or disable multitasking. (NOTE: if the tile is removed of color, the feature is disabled)
Switching Between Windows:
- Make sure Multi window mode is enabled
- While viewing the home screen, press and hold the "Back" button
- The Multi window menu will appear from the left edge of the display
- Swipe up or down in the Multi window in order to access the desired app
- To change the Multi window configuration, tap "Edit"
- To open an application, tap it. A smaller Multi window tab will remain visible at the left side of the screen
- To reopen the Multi window menu, tap and hold the smaller Multi window tab and drag it to the right
- To launch a second Multi window application, tap and hold the desired app
- Drag the app over the screen and release it
- Tap > hold and drag the "resize" icon to change the Multi window size
- If you wish to switch the order of the applications, tap "Switch app location"
- To close an app, tap the "Close app" icon. This will close the last application you open
- You can hide the Multi window tab by tapping and holding the "Back" key
