Enabling / Disabling Multitasking

  1. While viewing the home screen, swipe the "Status" bar down
  2. Tap the "More quick settings" tile
  3. Tap the "Multi window" tile to enable or disable multitasking. (NOTE: if the tile is removed of color, the feature is disabled)

Switching Between Windows:

  1. Make sure Multi window mode is enabled
  2. While viewing the home screen, press and hold the "Back" button
  3. The Multi window menu will appear from the left edge of the display
  4. Swipe up or down in the Multi window in order to access the desired app
  5. To change the Multi window configuration, tap "Edit"
  6. To open an application, tap it. A smaller Multi window tab will remain visible at the left side of the screen
  7. To reopen the Multi window menu, tap and hold the smaller Multi window tab and drag it to the right
  8. To launch a second Multi window application, tap and hold the desired app
  9. Drag the app over the screen and release it
  10. Tap > hold and drag the "resize" icon to change the Multi window size
  11. If you wish to switch the order of the applications, tap "Switch app location"
  12. To close an app, tap the "Close app" icon. This will close the last application you open
  13. You can hide the Multi window tab by tapping and holding the "Back" key
