    I've tried everything you all have said and my phone is still locked! Grrrrrrrr...... I've tried the device manager, reset my code 50 times and it stil says "incorrect alternative password" I want to pull my hair out! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

    If you have forgot your password and unable to use your cell. I think you should go on mobile hardware shop. They will reset your setting and updated your device software.
