    Create a Contact:

    1. Tap “Contacts” on the home screen
    2. Tap “Create”
    3. Select to store the contact on the “Device”, “SIM card” or “Google” account
    4. Enter the contact’s name and phone number in the appropriate fields
    5. Add any additional contact details you see fit and tap “Save” when ready

    Import / Export Contacts:

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “Import / Export contacts”
    4. Select to import or export contacts from the available locations (SIM, device, SD card etc.)
    5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process

    Add a Contact to Speed Dial:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Tap “menu” (top-right corner)
    3. Select “Speed dial”
    4. Tap the number you want to use for speed dialing
    5. Select the contact you want to associate with the speed dial number
    6. Tap “back” to return to the “Phone” app and save the changes (automatically)

    Delete Contacts:

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Select the contact you want to remove
    3. Tap “more” > “Delete”
    4. Tap “Delete” again to confirm and remove the selected contact from the phonebook

    Create a Caller Group:

    1. Tap “Contacts” on the home screen
    2. Select a contact to create new group with
    3. Tap “Edit” > “Groups”
    4. Tap “Create group”
    5. Enter the name of the group and tap “Create”
    6. Tap “Back” to return to the contact’s profile
    7. Tap “Save”

    Add a Contact to an Existing Caller Group:

    1. Tap “Contacts” on the home screen
    2. Select the contact you want to add to the group
    3. Tap “Edit” > “Groups”
    4. Mark the check box associated with the group you want to add the contact to
    5. Tap “Back” > “Save”

    View and Reset the Call Log:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Access the “Logs” tab
    3. To view more details about a call log entry, tap it
    4. To reset the call log, tap “more” while viewing the “Logs” tab
    5. Go to “Settings”
    6. Tap “Edit” and select “All”
    7. Tap “Delete” to confirm

    I am unable to add contacts to favourites on my phone. When I click on the Favorites tab, all my contacts do not show up. Please tell me what to do.

    Acho que tem um bug no J7 prime. De qualquer forma para vc adicionar nos seus favoritos, o contato deve estar salvo no dispositivo e apagado do chip. Se não apagar do chip não funciona.

    An android data backup app could transfer everything from your phone to computer, you need to connect your phone to computer and start the app, then the app would detect your phone data automatically, you can select and check those contacts you want to backup.
