WARNING! Clearing an apps data will result in the deletion of all personal data stored within the app, including credit card and login information, profiles, saved games, high scores etc. As such its advised to clear the apps cache first and see if this solves the problems.
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Go to Settings
- Under Applications, tap Application manager
- Swipe to Downloaded or All
- Select the desired app and tap Clear cache
- If necessary, tap Clear data > OK

- Turn off the device
- Press and hold Power
- When the Samsung logo appears, release the Power key but immediately press and hold Volume Down
- Keep holding the volume button pressed until the phone powers up completely (you should see a Safe Mode label in the lower-left corner)
- Next, access Settings
- Swipe to Device and tap Applications
- Tap Application manager
- Go to Downloaded and select the app you want to remove
- Tap Uninstall twice to confirm
- Once the app has been removed, reboot your phone as you normally would by holding Power and tapping Restart

- Press and hold Volume Up, Power and Home simultaneously
- After the phone vibrates, release Power and Home but keep Volume Up pressed
- Once you see the Android System Recovery menu, release all the buttons
- From the recovery menu, use the volume buttons to navigate to and highlight Wipe cache partition
- Press Power to select the highlighted option
- Once the cache has been wiped, Reboot system now should be highlighted
- Press Power and wait for the device to restart
