Block Calls:

  1. On the home screen, tap “Phone”
  2. Access the “Logs” or “Keypad” tab
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  4. Tap “Call” > “Call rejection”
  5. Tap “Auto reject list” > “Create” > “Contacts”
  6. Perform one of the steps below:
    • To block a phone number: enter the phone number. Optionally / if applicable, select a “Match criteria” other than the default “Exactly the same as”
    • To block unknown callers: enable “Unknown”
    • To block a contact: tap “Contacts”, go to the “Logs” or “Contacts” tab, and tap a phone number / log entry

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Logs” or the “Keypad” tab
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Call”
  4. Tap “Call rejection” > “Auto reject list”
  5. To allow calls but keep the number in the blocked contacts list: clear the box next to the desired number
  6. To allow calls and also remove the number from the block list: tap the “Trash can” icon, select the desired number and tap “Done”

Turn On Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “Logs” or the “Keypad” tab
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Call"
  4. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to “Always forward”
  6. Enter the phone number to forward calls to and tap “Turn on”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Logs” or “Keypad”
  3. Tap “Settings” > “Call” > “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding” and select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when unanswered”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Update”

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Keypad” or “Logs”
  4. Tap “Settings” > “Call” > “More settings”
  5. Tap “Call forwarding”
  6. Select “Always forward” (or another option if applicable)
  7. Tap “Turn off”
