Turn On Call Forwarding:

  1. One the home screen, tap “Phone”
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “More settings” and go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to
  5. Tap “Turn on” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding (Conditional):

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when unanswered”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Turn on” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. On the home screen, tap “Phone”
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Open “Settings” and access “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select “Always forwarding” or a different forwarding option you want to disable
  6. Tap “Turn off”

Block Calls:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call rejection”
  4. Tap “Auto reject list” and perform one of the steps below:
    • To block a phone number: enter the phone number and, if necessary, choose a “Match criteria”
    • To block calls from a contact or call log entry: tap “Contacts” or “Logs” and select the desired call log entry / contact
    • To block unknown callers: turn on “Unknown”

Unblock Calls:

  1. On the home screen, tap “Phone”
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Access “Settings”
  4. Tap “Call rejection” > “Auto reject list”
  5. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the phone number you want to unblock

Block Messages:

  1. On the home screen, tap “Messages”
  2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Add to spam numbers”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to unblock
  3. Tap “Remove from spam”

Block Messages via Settings:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Enable “Spam filter”
  4. Tap “Manage spam numbers”
  5. Perform one of the steps below:
    • Enter the phone number you want to block and tap “+”
    • Tap “Inbox” or “Contacts” and select the desired phone number / contact you want to block
  6. Tap “Back” to apply the changes

Unblock Messages via Settings:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Tap “Settings”
  4. Tap “Spam filter” > “Manage spam numbers”
  5. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the number you want to unblock
  6. Tap “Back” to apply the changes
