Clear App Cache / Data:

NOTE: In case one of your third party apps doesn’t work as intended, freezes, crashes, or takes up too much storage inexplicably, you might be able to fix these problems by clearing the app’s cache / data.

WARNING! When you clear an application’s data, all your personal data stored within the app, including profiles, saved games, high scores, settings, login and credit card information will be lost. To avoid losing personal data, clear only the app’s cache.

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Access “Settings”
  3. Under “Device”, tap “Applications”
  4. Access “Application Manager”
  5. Swipe to “All” or “Downloaded”
  6. Select the desired app and tap “Clear cache”
  7. If necessary, tap “Clear data” > “OK” (Check WARNING above)
