Block Calls:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Tap “Call rejection”
  5. Tap “Auto reject list” and follow one of the steps below:
    • To block a phone number: Enter the phone number and make sure the “Match criteria” is set to default “Exactly the same as”, or pick a different one if desired
    • To block a contact or call log entry: tap “Contacts”, go to “Contacts” or “Logs”, and select the desired contact / phone number
    • To block unknown callers: tap the “Unknown” switch to “ON”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Access “Settings” > “Call rejection”
  4. Tap “Auto reject list”
  5. Tap the red “-“ symbol associated with the phone number(s) / contact(s) you want to unblock

Block / Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the number / contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Add to spam numbers”
  4. To unblock messages, follow the same steps above and tap “Remove from spam” instead of “Add to spam numbers”

Block Messages (2nd Method):

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Spam filter”
  4. Tap “Manage spam numbers”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to block, or tap “Inbox” / “Contacts” and select from the list
  6. Tap “+”
  7. Press “Back” to apply the changes

Unblock Messages (2nd Method):

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Access “Settings”
  4. Enable “Spam filter”
  5. Tap “Manage spam numbers”
  6. Tap “-“ next to the number you want to unblock
  7. Press “Back” to save the changes

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to “Always forward”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Turn on”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Tap “More settings”
  5. Tap “Call forwarding”
  6. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when unanswered”
  7. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to
  8. Tap “Update” / “Turn on”

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings” > “More settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Turn off”
