Block Calls:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “call rejection”
  4. Go to “Auto reject list” and perform one of the following steps:
    • To block incoming calls from a call log entry or contact: tap “Contacts” or “Logs” and select the desired contact / number
    • To block a phone number: enter it and ensure “Match criteria” is set to default
    • To block unknown callers: enable “Unknown”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Tap “Call rejection” > “Auto reject list”
  5. Tap “-“ associated with the phone number you want to unblock

Block Messages:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchange with the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Add to spam numbers”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
  3. Tap “Remove from spam” to confirm

Block Messages via Settings:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Go to “Settings” and enable “Spam filter”
  4. Tap “Manage spam numbers”
  5. Follow one of the steps below:
    • Enter the phone number you want to block and tap “+”
    • Tap “Inbox” or “Contacts” and select the contact/phone number you want to block
  6. Press “Back”

Unblock Messages via Settings:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Tap “Spam filter” > “Manage spam numbers”
  5. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the phone number you want to unblock
  6. Press “Back” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “More settings” and go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to and tap “Turn on”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “More”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to “Forward when unanswered”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when busy”
  6. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to
  7. Tap “Update” / “Turn on”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “More” and access “Settings”
  3. Tap “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  6. Tap “Turn off” to confirm
