How-to: Samsung Galaxy Express Prime 2: Block/Unblock Calls & Messages; Manage Call Forwarding

Block Calls:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Call rejection” > “Auto reject list”
4. Perform one of the steps below:
   
   • To block incoming calls from a contact or call log entry: tap ”Contacts” or “Logs” and select the desired contact/call log entry
   • To block a phone number: enter it and make sure “Match criteria” is set to default
   • To block unknown callers: enable “Unknown”

Unblock Calls:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Call rejection” > “Auto reject list”
4. Tap “-“ next to the phone number you want to unblock

Block Messages:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
3. Tap “Add to spam numbers”

Unblock Messages:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
3. Tap “Remove from spam”

Block Messages via Settings:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap “More”
3. Access “Settings”
4. Enable “Spam filter” > “Manage spam numbers”
5. Follow one of the steps below:
   
   • Enter the phone number you want to block and tap “+”
   • Tap “Contacts” or “Inbox” and select the phone number/contact you want to block
6. Tap “Back” to confirm

Unblock Messages via Settings:

1. Launch “Messages”
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Spam filter” > “Manage spam numbers”
4. Tap the “-“ symbol next to the phone number you want to unblock
5. Tap “Back” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Tap “More settings”
4. Access “Call forwarding” > “Always forward”
5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
6. Tap “Turn on”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone” and tap “More”
2. Access “Settings”
3. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Select to “Forward when unanswered”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when busy”
5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
6. Tap “Turn on” / “Update” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
5. Tap “Turn off” to confirm
