Transfer Audio Files from a PC:

  1. Connect the Samsung device to the computer via USB
  2. Enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” on the phone when prompted or from the Notification area
  3. Open the File Explorer on the computer
  4. Locate the desired audio files on the PC
  5. Copy and transfer the files to the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” folder
  6. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB port

Change the General Ringtone:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Tap “Sound and Vibration” > “Ringtone”
  3. Select the desired ringtone
  4. Tap “Back” to confirm

Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Tap the contact’s name
  3. Go to “Details” > “Edit” > “More” > “Ringtone”
  4. Tap “Allow storage permissions” and set it to “Allow”
  5. Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK” to confirm

Change Incoming Email Notification Alerts:

  1. Launch “Email”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Manage accounts”
  3. Select your email address
  4. Scroll to “Notification settings” and tap “Email notifications” to clear or tick the check box
  5. Turn “Vibrate” and “Notification sound” ON or OFF

Change Emergency Alert Settings:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Messages”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Emergency Alert Settings”
  4. Tap “Emergency Alerts”
  5. Turn “Imminent extreme alerts”, “Imminent sever alerts” and “AMBER alerts” ON or OFF
