Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Blocked numbers”
  4. Follow one of the step below:
    • To block a phone number: enter it and if necessary set the match criteria to “Default”
    • To block unknown callers: enable “Block unknown callers”
    • To block a contact from the phonebook or call log: access “Contacts” or “Recents” and select the desired entry

Unblock Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Blocked numbers”
  4. Tap “-“ next to the phone number/contact you want to unblock

Block Messages:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Block numbers”
  3. Tap “Message block”
  4. Set the slider “ON” and tap “OK”

Block Messages from a Phone Number:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Block messages”
  4. Tap “Block numbers”
  5. Enter the desired phone number or tap “+” and select from “Inbox” or “Contacts”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch “messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings’
  3. Access “Block numbers”
  4. Tap the “-“ sign linked with the phone number you want to unblock

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Recents”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
  4. Select the call log entry you want to delete or tap “All”
  5. Tap “Delete” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding” and select “Always forward”
  5. Select a contact from the phonebook for call forwarding or enter the phone number manually
  6. Tap “Turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “More settings” and tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Turn off”
