    Thanks,

The only other way is via data cable, with software called Bitpim
Ask me about Sprint and Verizon

Ok I have a Samsung A670 I have the data cable and have it working with BitPim. I am under filesystem in BitPim and I guessing I put my games in the brew folder? Is this correct? Do I have to create any special folder for the games to go in? The games that I have all end in .jad and .jar is that the file type that will work with my phone?

    Thanks!

    games on a670

I have no idea why Bert said to use BitPim for games - I've been haunting multiple forums for a couple of months now - and nobody has figured out a way to copy games from phone to phone, or to download them from somewhere and put them on your phone (I'm only talking about the a670), other than paying for Get It Now. Other phones use Java technology, and they are copying and snagging games from all over the place - but it's not yet possible for the a670. Not until or unless some wonderful geek takes the time to crack the BREW technology on this phone.

Sorry, I misread the title. With Verizon you cannot upload games. I am very sorry for the confusion

If I download a game on one a670 is there a way to copy it to another a670 phone via the data cable?

Hey o(Unique)o - Um, read the above Posts? No. Like, that's what the whole discussion is about, didn't you read the Posts above before replying with that question? If I may quote myself......:
"...and nobody has figured out a way to copy games from phone to phone..."

That wasnt a very happy "welcome to the forums reply."

Would be nice if you linked the other discussions youve read on copying games. Or atleast the problems others have run into.

    duh!

hey you cell phone hacker wannabes/n00bs

its easy to get ringtones/wallpapers/games from any phone to another. just get bitpim (if your phone uses) with a futuredial usb cable, or if ur cingular a cingular cable (and if u have a motorolla or so, get motorolla mobile phone tools). some phones can use datapilot, and gagin is good also. You just use those to take it off , then connect the other phone and put it on their. its that easy

as for games on an a670, no one has figured out a way to do that BECAUSE the a670 is sooo friggin advanced (lol yeah right) that it has a 'new' version of brew. all this means in lamens terms is that the new brew games are 'digitally' signed by the big verizon themselves! this also means you can't put games u got off ftp or any torrent or site (.mifs) on ur phone. it'll just take up space, and not show. THEN the file will enter ur phones aether realm and it'll take up space forever, and you can't get it back (unless u maybe master reset or get a new phone)

now if u have an a610 (my old phone) or so, THEN you can get all the free games u want ! (i had over 30 on mine at one time putting a few on at a time)
