I have a problem that has recently arisen with my bluetooth headset, phone, and the connection between the two.
Equipment:
Motorola H500 Bluetooth Headset
Samsung SGH-T809 Phone
The issue is more of an audio problem than with bluetooth or the equipment involved. I think it could be an issue with the phone.
The Headset and phone are paired, and I can hear the ring through the headset, along with answer/end and send calls using the headset. When I do answer/send a call, the phone displays "BT Headset off" and sometimes "BT Headset on" and the phone does not route the audio of the call through the headset, and instead the audio stays on the phone. I must re-emphasize that even when the phone displays "BT Headset on" the audio is still NOT routed to the Headset!
Any Idea? I am completely stumped..
*I have repaired the devices numerous times
*I've tried pairing the devices /sending calls in both silent and non silent mode
*I've removed the headset from the paired device list also.
*I've even done a soft phone settings reset in the menus.
Thanks for any help-
