Re: help formating trans flash
if you have a USB card reader, you can use Windows setup to format it, or partition majic, or even Right Click > Format! lol

I'd try looking through the manual for information on how to format or setup a "New" transflash card. Know what I mean? Find out if there is a process for formatting a brand new card before you can use it. If there is, follow that process and format the card properly then see if the phone can now read it.
EDIT:
I read the manual for this phone. In order for the card to work PROPERLY in the phone, you need to format it with the FAT32 file sytem. Is that how you formatted it? If not do it again this time with FAT32.
I have never done anything close to what you're describing, all I have is a lonely A670. So what I may suggest and ask is purely working on speculation, but the ideas and theories should be similar.Last edited by Paprika; 06-25-2006 at 04:09 PM.
