It died at work on me and it no longer prompts me to unlock the keypad.
I cant dial out but only recieve. It shows the lock in the upper left and shows the menu and contacts but it does nothing when trying to enter the contacts or the menu. Ive turned it off and pulled the battery hoping something may reset but it doesnt. I cant even use the camera i cant do anything. If anybody has any thoughts, i would be appreciated. I think i have a software problem maybe a hardware.
