Samsung Sync A707 question on caller ID

okay so this is my first time using this site so I hope someone can help me...I cannot seem to get my phone to show the names of my contacts when someone calls me; it just shows the number even though it's saved in my addres book????-is there something I can do to fix this?- thanks

This has been a problem for all my samsung phones. Be sure to save the number with the area code.

for example:
808-666-1111

rather than:
666-1111

that should work.
