Ok I feel really dumb for asking this ... but I had to change my daughter's phone number after she started getting harassing phone calls. The rep I talked to assigned a new number and asked me if I knew how to program the phone. I said yes, not really thinking about it then hung up the phone. Does anyone know the sequence to get in to reprogram the phone? I tried to call the person back and the department is closed! lol so I feel really dumb now
