Hi. This problem regards the Samsung SGH-a436, and I'm aware that it's an entry-level model. Not much of a cellphone junkie I suppose.

Anyway, I didn't subscribe for caller display (in Canada with Rogers it's not free), but as I understand it, the name and/or number should show up if I receive a call from someone already stored on my contact list. But for some reason it doesn't; it always says "unknown." I tried tampering with a few of the settings but none seem to relate to this issue directly. What exactly do I do to fix this?
