I can't put mp3 in my cellphone as ringtone!

my cell phone is Samsung A516, get from Rogers, when i put MP3 in the phone, it says "can not be uploaded!" but the Samsung uploader says it support MP3, mid, imy and aac...why? and i put mid in my cell phone, when i set my mid song as ringtone, it says "Non-DRM file, can not set as ringtone."

why???
can somebody help me...?

well the non-drm sounds like the phone is restricting you to songs you've downloaded from their services. Not sure though. Maybe the file is too large?
